Trust from the first conversation

Why suppliers and buyers work with us

An export deal is built on trust between two parties who have not met yet. Our job is to connect them with clear, verified, written information.

Peruvian supplier, direct dealings

We are a Peruvian company based in California (USA) with a branch in Magdalena del Mar, Lima. You deal with real people, by WhatsApp or email.

We verify before we propose

When a supplier registers, we validate their information, products and capacity before presenting them to a buyer.

Clear terms, in writing

Samples, specifications, price, Incoterm and payment terms are agreed before anything ships. No surprises for either party.

Logistics from start to finish

We coordinate preparation, clearance and air or sea transport with our international logistics team.

We tell you the truth from the start. We do not guarantee sales, prices or timelines that depend on third parties. We do commit to giving you clear information, replying promptly and telling you honestly whether an opportunity is viable.
From opportunity to execution

A clear process from the start

Assess

Product, supplier, volume and destination market.

Validate

Documentation, market access and buyer requirements.

Agree

Samples, specifications, price, Incoterm and payment terms.

Coordinate

Preparation, clearance and transport for the agreed transaction.

An assessment does not guarantee a sale, customs approval or delivery date. Each project requires commercial and operational confirmation.

Information for better decisions

Before exporting: product, destination and requirements

There is no single permit for every product. Tariff classification, composition, use and destination determine the applicable controls.

Leaving Peru: basic documentation

Definitive exports involve a customs declaration, the applicable invoice or receipt, and a transport document. Restricted goods require control documents from the competent authority; other documents depend on their nature or origin. Prepare a packing list and product specification for planning. The sanitary authority and procedure depend on the product.

United States: category-specific requirements

Confirm customs procedures and the relevant product regulator with the importer. For FDA-regulated foods, review facility registration where required, prior notice, labelling and importer obligations, including FSVP where applicable. FDA registration does not mean product approval.

Canada: customs, requirements and origin

Before shipping, confirm the importer’s customs registration, tariff classification, valuation, and commercial and transport documents. For food, plants and animals, consult CFIA AIRS by product, origin, destination and end use; permits, certificates and labelling requirements depend on the category. Canada–Peru trade preferences require qualifying origin and proof of origin: they do not automatically mean zero duty or remove all taxes. Verify each shipment with the importer and competent authority.

China: market access and registration

Before shipping, verify product eligibility, sanitary and labelling requirements, and applicable manufacturer and importer registrations. For food, review the GACC process for the category. Current product and establishment eligibility must still be checked.

European Union: requirements and entry country

Use Access2Markets with Peru as origin, the destination country and product code. Food and animal or plant products may require sanitary controls, certificates and eligibility conditions. Also check labelling, traceability and requirements in the country where the goods will be marketed.

Other European countries and destinations

The United Kingdom, Switzerland and other non-EU countries have their own procedures. Do not automatically apply EU requirements. Identify the country, product, importer and customs regime before requesting a quotation.

Tariffs, origin and commercial pricing

Tariffs depend on product classification, origin and destination; a trade agreement does not guarantee zero duty for every shipment. Check origin rules and proof, taxes and additional measures. State the agreed Incoterm and named place in the offer: these do not replace permits or independently determine duty.

Frequently asked questions

We answer your questions before you start

What happens after I send my request?

We review your information and contact you by the email or phone you provide to confirm details. If there is an opportunity, we continue with samples, specifications and commercial terms.

What information should I have ready as a supplier?

Product specification sheet, presentation and packaging, monthly volume or capacity, clear photos and, where applicable, sanitary registrations or certifications. The more complete the information, the faster we can assess your case.

Can I request samples before buying?

Yes. Samples and commercial terms are part of the proposal we prepare. We coordinate them according to the product and destination.

What do I need to receive a proposal?

Tell us the product, specifications, expected volume, destination country and, if you have one, your preferred Incoterm. With that we prepare a proposal tailored to your need.

Which countries can I export to?

We work with shipments to the United States, Canada, China and Europe. Each destination has its own requirements: we review them with you before committing to a transaction.

Do you guarantee the sale, the price or the timeline?

No. An assessment does not guarantee a sale, customs approval or delivery date. Each project requires commercial and operational confirmation, and we explain it clearly from the start.

How are payment and terms agreed?

Price, Incoterm and payment terms are agreed in writing for each transaction, before shipment. An Incoterm does not replace permits or independently determine duty.

What do you do with my data?

We use your data only to handle your request, with your authorisation. You can review our privacy policy at any time.
