Ofrecemos servicios de importación de maquinaria y vehículos, exportación de productos peruanos hacia USA, personal shopper, dirección de código postal en USA, logística internacional (carga aérea y marítima), y verificación de proveedores. Nuestra "Tienda" funciona como un catalog of products subject to quote: the products shown are not a direct sale or an online shopping cart, but a reference to request a personalized quote.

2. Quotes and prices

The quotes we provide are estimates based on the information available at the time. Prices may vary depending on exchange rates, taxes, duties, shipping costs, product availability and other factors. No quote is binding until both parties confirm it in writing.

3. Payments

Payment terms are agreed individually for each transaction. The service or order is processed once payment has been confirmed as agreed.

4. Shipping and delivery times

The transit times indicated are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs procedures, transport availability, weather conditions or force majeure. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

5. Customer responsibilities

• Provide truthful and complete information about products, addresses and contact details.
• Ensure that the requested products are permitted for import or export in the countries of origin and destination.
• Comply with the tax and customs obligations that apply in your country.

6. Restricted or prohibited products

We do not handle illegal, dangerous or restricted products under the regulations of the countries involved. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not comply with these conditions.

7. Limitation of liability

We act as logistics and management intermediaries. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, delays caused by third parties (customs, carriers, suppliers) or for incorrect information provided by the customer. Where applicable, shipments may be insured under the agreed conditions.

8. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, logos, design and original images) belongs to Import Export Hybrid and may not be reproduced without authorization.

9. Third-party links and trademarks

The brands and stores mentioned (for example, Amazon, Nike, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are cited for informational purposes only. They do not imply affiliation or sponsorship.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with its update date.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdictions where we operate (the United States and Peru). Any dispute will be resolved in good faith between the parties.
